The Chakras are points of electromagnetic activity within the auric field. They help distribute energy for all of our Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual functions. When the chakras are open and flowing energy appropriately, the body is in balance and we enjoy health and vitality. Daily life, however, can really take it’s toll on our energy centers, making it difficult for us to be balance. When there is a lack of energy flowing through the chakras, we can experience fatigue, irritability, lack of focus and motivation. Additionally, Chakras out of balance can result in breakdowns in the energetic systems, manifesting in the physical body as discomfort and dis-ease.
