With a background of childhood sexual abuse and negligence I have spent a great deal of my life battling depression, anger, anxiety, worthiness issues & frustration. “As a massage therapist, I often find it challenging to energetically transition between clients. Tricia has given me some really effective tools for clearing the energy of the room between clients. I have also done cord cutting ceremony to clear the negative energy from my body. I think of it this way: I am a vessel, and the cord cutting empties the vessel, so that negativity does not overflow into the good work that I do. With cord cutting, I am able to refill with the positive energy that is me. I feel like there is room for light to re-enter my spirit. "Being someone who has difficulty with "quiet" meditation, I found the Max Meditation very helpful. “I received a Cord Cutting, Removal of Negative Intent and Purification by Light from Tricia for my first time recently. The experience I had was absolutely amazing! All my life I have been a very empathic and psychic person. It took me a long time to even realize the difference between my own thoughts and feelings and others thoughts and feelings.
After the session, the first thing I realized was silence. It was like there were all these radio channels that had been coming in and my mind was filled with constant chatter, and I didn't even realize it because I was so used to it. “The Empower Thyself class is indeed about self-empowerment. It is an experience that encourages students to truly learn about and know thyself, which leads to empowerment.
